Employer Brand Manager in Ekspres Market box

I, Iryna Borozenets, HRD Express Market "box" invite you to join the Employer Brand Manager team to jointly develop the company's corporate culture and employer brand both internally and externally.

Express Market "box" is a network of stylish markets near your home.

We are actively growing - today the network has more than 150 markets, our own cooking Cafe", bakery "Bakery box" and more than 50 pizzerias "Pizza box".

What we will do:

• Implement and popularize the company's corporate values and principles.
• Create effective internal communications so that the team is always up to date.
• Organize news, internal campaigns, corporate events, celebrations of achievements and colleagues' birthdays.
• Support initiatives that unite teams in different locations.
• Develop the employer brand internally and externally.
• Create content for social networks, career sites and internal channels.
• Collaborate with HR to launch creative talent acquisition initiatives.
• Represent the company at ratings, awards and conferences.
• Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives (KPI, eNPS, brand awareness).

What experience and skills are required:

• Experience in internal communications, PR or Employer Branding from 2 years.
• Practical experience in organizing motivational and unifying events for staff.
• Ability to write interesting texts and create presentations, layouts and graphics content.
• Advanced user of MS Office, Canva, Photoshop (preferred).
• Experience of implementing internal chatbots will be a plus.
• Proactivity, creativity, involvement and results orientation.
