What you will do:

• Communication strategy:
• participation in the development of the communication strategy and implementation of the approved content plan. Creating content to strengthen the employer brand. Writing texts according to the direction of the employer's brand. Cooperation with the team of the Communications Department to create a positive image of the company for external and internal target audiences.
• Employer brand management:
• participation in the development and implementation of the employer's EVP. 
• Reporting: preparing analytical reports for management on the effectiveness of employer brand development programs.
