You will have the following tasks :1. Development and implementation of an employer brand development strategy:
- Conducting target audience research, forming key messages and choosing communication channels.
- Creating and implementing a content plan.
- Development of recruitment strategy, search for effective channels and sources of information.
2. Content creation:
- Writing texts for the company website, social networks, blogs, etc.
- Cooperation with designers or independent creationning visual content such as infographics, photos and videos.
- Development and implementation of personnel selection events.
3. Analytics and reporting:
- Tracking and analysis of data on the effectiveness of campaigns with personnel search.
- Compilation of reports on work results for company management.
- Development of recommendations for improving the employer brand development strategy.

- Participation in job fairs and other events from job search.
- Cooperation with marketers, designers and other departments to promote the brand employer.
- Tracking trends in the field of employer brand development and implementation of new practices at work company.
