We are currently looking for a Hiring Operations Specialist to join our team!

What will you do?

• CV screening of teacher candidates.< /li>
• Written communication with teacher candidates (in English).
• Review and evaluation of teacher candidate interview records.
• Organization and conduct of onboarding meetings for teacher candidates.< /li>

What do we expect from the candidate?

• Availability of stable internet connection.
• The level of spoken and written English is not lower than Upper Intermediate.
• Developed communication skills.
• Responsibility for organization at work.

What would be an advantage?

• Experience working with children or pedagogical education.
• Experience in mass recruitment.
