JOB INFORMATION
IRC is looking for an Emergency Response Specialist to join our Women's Rights and Empowerment program in Ukraine. The specialist will be responsible for the prevention of GBV, public engagement and risk reduction, especially in conflict-affected areas: close to contact lines and emergency zones, as well as in remote and underserved settlements. The Associate will provide critical support to women and girls through a variety of activities and will ensure adherence to best practices in Protection and Empowerment of Women.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:Degree Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Rights or Law, or related field
Work Experience:Practical case management experience in HSE, SNP and life skills to promote recovery and rehabilitation of victims, responding to gender-based violence and promoting gendergender equality
Available skills and abilities:
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients/beneficiaries
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and professional attitude, including the ability to plan and work well in a team
- High degree of flexibility and strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel

The IRC investigative unit consists of specialists and qualified investigators who conduct professional investigations focused on the interests of victims.
