Embedded Software Engineer in Smart Solutions

Ukrainian security device manufacturer company is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer in Lutsk.

Requirements:

• Compulsory knowledge of programming languages C, C++, Python, at a high level, additionally at least a basic level of HTML, PHP.
• Good level of using the Linux OS and working with single-board computers.
• In-depth knowledge in the field of microelectronics, the ability to read and compile electronic circuits and technical documentation.
• Will be an advantage soldering skills, working with a microscope, a logic analyzer, an oscilloscope, and the presence of already implemented projects related to the automation of production processes or robotics. 400">
• Development, testing and optimization of embedded software (firmware) for microcontrollers (esp32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, etc.).
• Integration of software with sensors, communication modules, peripheral devices. Setup of data exchange protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, Ethernet, BLE, Wi-Fi).
• Participation in designing the hardware part of the device together with electronic engineers.
• Debugging and diagnostics both at the code and hardware level.
• Creation of documentation for software modules, API description, connection diagrams, test reports.
• Support and update of existing firmware, implementation of OTA (Over-the-Air) updates.
• Participation in the full cycle of product development — from prototype to serial production production.
• Interaction with the production team to establish automated testing processes and device calibration.
• Adherence to quality, safety and product certification requirements
