You will work closely with our lead generation and sales teams tobuild and maintain asuccessful email outreach strategy with aprimary focus ongenerating sales appointments. Requirements: Atleast 4years ofexperience insetting upand leading successful cold email outreach campaigns. Demonstrated ability totake full ownership ofemail outreach strategy and achieve key metrics (delivery rates, open rates, conversion rates, client appointments etc.). Ability todesign and implement successful email marketing strategy including required tech stack, processes, procedures, content strategy. Beable towork closely with the sales team and actively contribute tothe content creation for the outreach sequences. Understanding ofhow ESPs build trust. Experience with HubSpot, other outreach tech stack such as Reply.io , Seamless, Folderly etc. Strong experience inbuilding and managing cold email campaigns targeting B2B clients. Knowledge oflegal aspects ofsending emails tospecific countries (US, UK, EU, etc). Knowledge ofGDPR regulations. Creative approach tothe implementation ofemail marketing strategy for anIT outsourcing company. Behighly organized and able tocreate and maintain your own performance monitoring system and report onaweekly and monthly basis tothe management. Atleast anintermediate level ofEnglish Soft skills: Highly organized Strong sense ofresponsibility and ownership Initiatives Challenge the status quo ifyou don’t agree with how things are working currently and are able toprovide reasonable evidence toback upyour opinion.
