Email marketing specialist (Retention) in RIA.com

We are the Ukrainian product IT company RIA.com. We develop the well-known AUTO.RIA, DIM.RIA, AGRO.RIA and RIA.com products, which are used by millions of Ukrainians. We are currently looking for an Email marketing specialist to join the AUTO.RIA product team and DIM.RIAWhat tasks must be closed: work with audience segments: create and highlight individual segments, the ability to communicate with them; create innovative ideas and hypotheses to improve the existing structure of retention tools and increase user loyalty and lifetime value; manage and optimize automatic multi-channel campaigns using email, sms, viber, app push to stimulate customer acquisition and retention; strategy creation and implementation; monitoring of competitor activity, market analysis, use of original and effective mechanics; setting and monitoring the performance of tasks by the team (designers, copywriters, development); conducting A/B testing and finding ways to improve CR and Open Rate; interaction with the marketing manager and other departments to conduct joint campaigns, analyze the results, improve the indicators of communication materials, and also influence the stability of work. What we expect from you: more than 1 year of experience with automation campaigns (email, sms, viber, push, messengers, bots) and campaigns for user adaptation, activation , retention, return and reduction of outflow; the ability to work with the user life cycle; the skills of working with web analytics systems; the ability to set technical requirements for creating the necessary reports and creatives; experience of working with services for launching newsletters (Esputnik, Unisender, Sendios, SendPulse, Mailchimp); creative abilities and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and ideas for campaign success; attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free campaigns; systematic and structured approach to work. Will be an advantage: basic knowledge of the SQL query language. About the interview stages: You send your CV and it gets to consideration.
