We are looking for a part-time EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our team and integrate email marketing as a strategic channel to increase customer and partner engagement.

What will you do?

  • Launch an email platform from scratch, ensuring seamless integration with the existing CRM.
  • Create and execute email marketing strategies focused on retention and advocacy, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Prepare and execute segmented email sequences in collaboration with copywriter and designer, ensuring tailored messaging for different audience segments.
  • Continuously enhance email marketing effectiveness through A/B testing and thorough result analysis, driving higher open and conversion rates.
  • Grow the subscriber base and manage lead segmentation.
  • Oversee and enhance the NPS process through strategic email campaigns to gather and act on customer feedback.
  • Activate and reactivate the user base through targeted email campaigns, ensuring ongoing engagement and retention.

What are we looking for?

  • 1+ years of experience with email automation campaigns, including activation, retention, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Proven track record in building successful email campaigns.
  • Experience in launching email platforms from scratch.
  • Knowledge of email marketing fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, GDPR requirements, segmentation, domain reputation, and key email metrics (OR, CTR, CTOR).
  • Proficiency in A/B testing.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Strong analytical skills, dedicated to continuously enhancing campaign effectiveness.
