If you're passionate about crafting effective email strategies and engaging with users, this role could be perfect for you!WHAT YOU’LL DO:-      Develop Growth Strategies: Design and implement strategies to increase revenue from manual email campaigns.-      Engage Users: Activate and reactivate our user base with targeted emails.-      Create Effective Templates: Develop new email templates that align with the goals.-      Analyze and Improve: Track and report on campaign performance, and use data to refine future efforts.-      You'll have full control and responsibility for the direction of our manual email campaigns, and plenty of users to test your ideas on.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:-      1+ years of experience with email marketing with a focus on manual campaigns.-      Execute Manual Marketing Campaigns: Drive revenue growth and engage users through activation and reactivation campaigns.-      Set Up New Infrastructure: Warm up new domains and establish the necessary infrastructure for successful email marketing.-      Collaborate with Senior Email Marketers: Work closely with senior email marketing experts to optimize performance across key domains.-      Handle PM Requests: Address project manager requests related to user communication efficiently and effectively.-      Ensure Deliverability: Apply strong knowledge of email deliverability, particularly with Gmail, to maximize campaign success.-      Craft and Edit Email Templates: Utilize a drag-and-drop builder to create and refine compelling email templates.-      Maintain Contact Lists: Perform basic hygiene and segmentation of contact lists to ensure effective targeting.HOW IT WORKS:-      Stage 1: pre-screen with a recruiter.-      Stage 2: interview.-      Stage 3: final interview.-      Stage 4: reference check.-      Stage 5: job offer!A trial period for this position - 3 months, during which we will get used to and work together.WHAT WE OFFER:-      Paid 18 vacations, 5 days off, 5 days of sick leave without medical confirmation, and up to 30 days of sick leave with medical confirmation.-      Flexible working hours and remote work.-      Mental health support.-      Compensation for courses, trainings.-      English classes and speaking club.-      Internal library, educational events.-      Outstanding corporate parties, teambuildings.
