Responsibilities: Develop and implement email marketing strategies toattract and retain users ondating sites; Creating and optimizing email campaigns toincrease engagement and conversion rates; Database segmentation for targeted and personalized mailings; Close co-operation with designers and copywriters tocreate effective and attractive email messages; Analyzing the effectiveness ofmailings and reporting onkey performance indicators (KPIs); Continuous testing and analyzing results toimprove email marketing strategy. Candidate Requirements: Atleast 2years’ experience inemail marketing, preferably inthe online dating industry; Understanding ofaudience segmentation and content personalization principles; Knowledge ofHTML and CSS tocreate and edit email templates; Skills inusing analytics tools, including Google Analytics, totrack campaign performance; Experience ofA/B testing and optimizing email campaigns; Ability toanalyze large amounts ofdata and make informed marketing decisions; Strong communication skills and ability towork aspart ofateam; Higher education inmarketing, communications orrelated field; Knowledge ofEnglish atintermediate+ level Desirable: Experience ofusing CRM systems tomanage customer databases; Creativity inwriting and creating marketing materials; Project management skills and ability tomanage multiple tasks efficiently; Knowledge ofthe characteristics and trends ofthe online dating industry.
