Responsibilities:

• Study and analyze the base with the aim of forming the most relevant offer to users.
• Working with different communication channels and introducing new ones.
• Setting up target communication chains with users.
• Conduct A/B testing of business hypotheses directly on the product.
• Carry out an initial assessment of the test results and make a decision based on the results of the assessment.
• Form requirements for related departments to conduct CRM campaigns.
• Optimize the product to improve the client's profitability.
• Regularly analyze competitors to understand the relevance of offers.
