Work with acommunications map toplan out the email campaigns. Create new email chains and update current ones, and set uptrigger automations. Segment, reactivate, enrich data, and personalize offers toimprove engagement. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators ofmailing lists and constantly work onimproving the indicators (OR, CTR, CR). Test hypotheses and conduct optimizations, conducting A/B testing. Develop and implement astrategy with theIT team. Work hands-on with the ESP platform toexecute the email campaigns. Requirements : Atleast 3years ofexperience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms, such as Customer.io orSalesforce. Knowledge ofGoogle Analytics and Tableau. Understanding ofA/B testing. Proficiency inworking with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Excel. Understanding ofsegmentation and personalization principles. Knowledge ofvarious communication channels, such asSMS, push notifications, ormessengers. Understanding ofemail delivery basics. Will beanadvantage Experience working ininternational companies. Additional courses ortraining inCRMmarketing. Experience managing ateam orimplementing large projects. English language proficiency atthe B2level orhigher. Wecan’t wait tohave you onboard!
