Our flagship product Kismia is an international online dating platform available on WEB, iOS and Android. For more than 10 years, we've been helping share thoughts, desires and feelings with technology. Kismia has 51 million users and is available in 9 languages. All this was made possible thanks to our collaborators - quarks.

We are currently looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who will help increase the percentage of users returning to the product and email revenue.

You will have the following tasks:

• Creation and implementation of an email marketing strategy
• Compilation and further implementation of content plan
• Writing texts for letters
• Tasking designers and typesetters to create or optimize letters
• Generating and evaluating ideas for testing
• Tracking effectiveness of mailings

It is important for us:

• 1+ year of work experience in a similar position
• Experience working with HTML/CSS
• Experience in backlog management and design and layout tasks
• Knowledge of the basics of email marketing:
  - CAN-SPAM requirements
  -segmentation , split testing, key postal metrics (OR, CTR, CTOR)
• English - Upper Intermediate and above
