Email marketing specialist in Interactive Online Technologies

We are an Israeli company with over 9 years of experience in product development. Due to staff expansion for our third line of business, we are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to work together to create a progressive dating project. Full-time, remote work.Responsibilities:Develop and implement email marketing strategies to attract and retain users on dating sites;Creating and optimizing email campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates;Database segmentation for targeted and personalized mailings;Close co-operation with designers and copywriters to create effective and attractive email messages;Analyzing the effectiveness of mailings and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs);Continuous testing and analyzing results to improve email marketing strategy.Candidate Requirements:At least 2 years' experience in email marketing, preferably in the online dating industry;Understanding of audience segmentation and content personalization principles;Knowledge of HTML and CSS to create and edit email templates;Skills in using analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to track campaign performance;Experience of A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns;Ability to analyze large amounts of data and make informed marketing decisions;Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;Higher education in marketing, communications or related field;Knowledge of English at intermediate+ levelDesirable:Experience of using CRM systems to manage customer databases;Creativity in writing and creating marketing materials;Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;Knowledge of the characteristics and trends of the online dating industry.Working Conditions:Remote work in a friendly and comfortable team;Support from the company management;Opportunities for professional growth and skills development;Competitive salary;2 weeks paid vacation;Paid sick days;Paid days off for major Slavic holidays;Opportunity to take professional courses at the expense of the company;Working week: Sunday-Thursday, from 10:00 to 19:00 Jerusalem time.We would love to give you all the details about the position!
