Responsibilities: creation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing email strategy of the company; creation of a relevant content plan for all platforms of communication with CA; independent writing of texts, selection of photos and products for newsletters; setting up of personalized emails, viber newsletters, newsletters via chatbot companies; development and layout of templates for mailings, setting tasks for design and video/photo teams; planning of mailing chains; analysis and segmentation of CA, building a communication strategy depending on the customer's life cycle; tracking statistics, analyzing effectiveness and adapting letters to achieve set KPIs; interaction with marketing, product, design, retail teams; implementation of tools for effective work Requirements: proven experience of effective e-mail marketing from 2 years; ability to plan and control mailing schedules, evaluate their effectiveness; good analytical skills and experience in implementing effective solutions on based on analysis; the ability to form key messages, subject headings that increase the percentage of letter opening; writing competent and interesting texts that you want to read; the ability to analyze a large amount of information and work with different categories.
