Email Marketing Specialist Kyiv, Vinnytsia, remotely We are a Ukrainian product IT company RIA.com. We develop well-known products AUTO.RIA, DIM.RIA, AGRO.RIA and RIA.com, which are used by millions of Ukrainians. We are currently looking for the reinforcement of an Email Marketing Specialist in the AUTO.RIA and DIM.RIA product teams. What tasks must be completed: working with audience segments: creating and dividing separate segments, the ability to communicate with others; create innovative ideas and hypotheses to improve the existing structure of retention tools and increase user loyalty and lifetime value; manage and optimize automatic multi-channel campaigns using email, sms, viber, app push to stimulate customer attraction and retention; creating and implementing a strategy; monitoring of competitors' activity, market analysis, use of original Tadia mechanics; creation and control of tasks by the team (designers, copywriters, development); conducting A/B testing and searching for ways to improve CR and Open Rate; interaction with the marketing manager and other departments to conduct joint campaigns, analyze the results, improve the indicators of communication materials, and also influence the stability of work. What we expect from you: more than 1 year of experience working with automation campaigns (email, sms, viber, push, messengers, bots) with campaigns for user adaptation, activation, retention, return and churn reduction; ability to work with the user life cycle; skills in working with web analytics systems; the ability to set technical standards for creating the necessary reports and creatives; experience in working with mailing services (Esputnik, Unisender, Sendios, SendPulse, Mailchimp); creative abilities and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions and ideas for campaign success; attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free campaigns; systemic and structural approach to improvement. It will be an advantage: basic knowledge of the SQL query language. About the stages of the interview: You send your CV and it gets reviewed.
