We are currently looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for communication with users through manual email campaigns. If you are passionate about creating effective email strategies and interacting with users, this role is perfect for you!

What tasks will need to be addressed?

• Development of growth strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from manual email campaigns.
• User engagement: activate and reactivate our user base with the help of targeted email newsletters.
• Creating Effective Templates: Develop new email templates that meet your goals.
• Analysis and improvement: track and report on campaign performance, use data to improve further results.
• You will have full control and responsibility for the direction of manual email campaigns and a large number of users to test your ideas.

What do we expect from you?

• 1+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on manual campaigns.
• Conducting manual marketing campaigns: revenue growth and user engagement through activation and reactivation campaigns.
• Setting up a new infrastructure: warming up new domains and installing the necessary infrastructure for successful email marketing.
• Collaboration with Senior Email Marketers: Work closely with senior email marketing experts to optimize performance in key domains.
• Resolution of PM requests: effectively and efficiently resolve Project Manager requests related to communication with users.
• Ensuring Deliverability: Applying deep knowledge of deliverability, particularly Gmail, to maximize campaign success.
• Create and edit email templates: use drag-and-drop to create and refine attractive email templates.
• Contact List Support: Basic hygiene and segmentation of contact lists to ensure effective targeting.

Stages:

• 1st stage: communication with the recruiter.
• 2nd stage: interview.
• 3rd stage: final interview.
• 4th stage: collection of recommendations.
• 5th stage: job offer!

The trial period for this position is 3 months, during which we will get used to and work together.
