These tasks include developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, conducting A/B tests for different audiences, and continuously evaluating and improving the effectiveness of retention strategies. Additionally, you'll need experience with retention metrics and tools like CRM systems and Customer.io. CLARYFI is an IT ecosystem located in the picturesque coastal city of Varna, Bulgaria. Possible work in the following locations: Odesa, Ukraine. Varna, Bulgaria (the company provides a relocation package).
