Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a customer retention strategy.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Using customer relationship management software ( CRM) to track customer engagement.
  • A\B tests for product audiences.
  • Monitoring relevant metrics for customer goals and conducting account reviews.
  • Evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • About 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • About 1 year of experience working with Customer.io.
  • Experience with retention indicators.
  • Proficiency in English - minimum B1.
  • Knowledge tools: CRM system, Customer.io.
