We are currently looking for an Email Marketing Manager for our portfolio company.
What challenges await:
Development and implementation of a Retention Marketing strategy.
Generation, prioritization, validation, launch and analysis of a large number of hypotheses regarding logic of return retention channels.
Systematic work on increasing key product metrics related to activation, retention and return of users.
Development of logic of recommendation system for sending email, SMS and web push in own ESP system.
Starting and development of new user retention channels.
Conducting regular user and market research to find new product growth points.
Responsibility for the strategic development of the zone and active participation in the formation of department goals.
What is important to us:
Must have:
Practical experience in the field of email or retention marketing.
Experience in creating marketing strategies.
Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-based decisions (collection, analysis and interpretation of data for product improvement and strategic planning).
Skills in creating technical tasks for development.
Successful cases of achieving business goals through product hypothesis testing.
High level of competence in working with product metrics and improving them through hypotheses.
Leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and proactivity.
