In this role, you willCreate, manage, and optimize automated email campaigns to increase revenue and customer engagementMonitor KPIs of the email marketing channel, and develop hypotheses to improve these metricsConduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize key indicatorsStay updated on industry trends and monitor competitors to identify opportunities for improvementTrack email deliverability, manage domain reputation, and build a strong reputation on various ESPs (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail)Manage and optimize email marketing tools, with a primary focus on platforms like Mailchimp, SendGrid, and MailgunCreate engaging creative briefs for the design team, write compelling copy, and collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing content for email campaignsResearch email marketing trends, generate ideas, and continuously test and experiment with different types of contentIt’s all about you2+ years of experience in email marketingUpper-intermediate English or higherSolid understanding of digital marketing and email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, and IP/domain reputationStrong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making to continuously improve campaign performance.
