You will be a pioneer in this direction, responsible for developing and implementing strategies for communicating with our audience through emails. Your future tasks: Creation, management and optimization of automated email campaigns to increase revenue and customer engagement. Monitoring of the effectiveness of the email marketing channel. Formulation of hypotheses to improve these indicators. A/B testing and analysis of results to optimize key indicators. Following industry trends and monitoring competitors to identify opportunities for improvement. Tracking mail delivery, domain reputation and building a successful reputation on various ESPs (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail). What you need to join us: Understanding of digital marketing and email basics: CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, IP/domain reputation. A plus: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to create and edit email and notification templates. Understanding ofbots from Tableau and Customer.io.
