You will play an important role in the development and implementation of our CRM marketing strategy, help maximize customer acquisition and retention, and have a direct impact on business growth. Your responsibilities will include:* Participating in the development, implementation and expansion of the CRM marketing strategy , SMS, web-push, WhatsApp, messengers, on-site channels).* Development of a customer lifecycle map and corresponding automated processes to increase the level of customer engagement, loyalty and retention.* Development and implementation of manual advertising campaigns and special cross-selling campaigns for specific customer segments.* Analyze customer database, customer segment performance and customer behavior patterns to identify new opportunities and leverage insights.* Collaborate with creative team to create engaging messaging and design for relevant market or customer segments.* Conduct AB testing and campaign optimization to improve KPIs and results.* Collaboration with product and marketing teams to synchronize strategies and goals.* Independent management of tasks, from idea to implementation. Requirements for candidates:* 3+ years of experience in the position of CRM / Email marketer in e- commerce or D2C brands.* Email marketing automation experience a must.* Multi-channel campaign experience a plus.* Knowledge of conversion, retention and customer return strategies.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize performance based on data.* Project management skills and problem solving.* Independent work with a can-do attitude and ability to complete tasks independently.* Creative and fresh perspective on concepts, text and visualization. Proficiency in Excel is a must and Mixpanel/Tableau/Data Studio is a plus.* College degree and spoken, written English is a must.* Experience with Hubspot marketing hub is a strong advantage.
