We invite you to our team Email Marketing Manager.

• 2 years of experience as an email marketer;
• Understands the essence and methods of influencing the main performance indicators of direct -marketing;
• Knows how to work with specialized tools (eSputnik, Google Analytics)
• If necessary, can independently prepare a basic text for communication;
• Experience in working with databases from 10,000 contacts;
• Experience in organizing the collection of new leads, warming up a new audience;
• Understanding the basics of base segmentation, the basics of RFM analysis;
• Attentive, independent and proactive.

What will be included in the duties:

• Preparation of email, push-mobile, viber/sms newsletters according to plan;
• Assigning tasks to copywriters, designers and interacting with other departments to prepare communications;
• Creating and testing trigger communications;
• Sending mass communications, collecting statistics , performance analysis;
• Conducting A/B testing and further analysis of the results;
• Constant search for ways to optimize work in order to increase key performance indicators;
• Study of trends , generating ideas, conducting experiments in direct marketing.
