Email Marketing Manager in Talentgrator

Required skills:

• 2+ years of experience with setting up segmentation and email campaigns
• Must be adept to edit HTML and CSS for emails specifically
• Strong experience creating rich, multimedia enabled, responsive email templates with a focus on conversion rates
• Advanced MS Excel user, understanding of statistics and web\mobile analytics
• Understanding of the email marketing lifecycle
• Understanding of the email tech basics
• Attention to details and meticulousness about UI\UX
• Excellent English 🇬🇧

As a plus:

• Experience with the iGaming industry (knowledge of key players, trends, regulations, and customer preferences) 🚀 

Responsibilities:

• Designing and optimizing effective email campaigns to align with marketing objectives using email marketing software (HTML/CSS coding knowledge is obligatory)
• Managing and maintaining up-to-date email lists and relevant data as well as segmenting email lists based on user behavior and preferences to deliver targeted content
• Implementing various actions and setting up automated campaigns for efficiency and personalization
• Contributing to the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy specifically focused on the email segment conducting and owning the email marketing strategy that would make the email subscriber base grow
• Monitoring key metrics such as open rates and unsubscribes to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance
• Preparing insightful reports to assess the success of email campaigns and provide valuable feedback
• Ensuring compliance with relevant email marketing regulations and best practices
• Identifying opportunities for email marketing integration with other marketing channels
