Email marketing manager in PRO Gaming Software

Are you a savvy email marketer looking to make a global impact? We're seeking a talented Email Marketing Manager to join our team remotely and collaborate with colleagues across borders.

Responsibilities:

• Segmenting and uploading databases for targeted campaigns.
• Providing briefs for content creation: text, and occasionally banners.
• Managing bonus allocation and providing briefs for their creation.
• Overseeing subcontractors or potentially handling email template design in-house, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
• Recording statistics and conducting basic analysis.
• Implementing changes and improvements to campaigns based on analyzed statistics.

Skills:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with creating automated email flows, personalization, dynamic content, email campaigns, email templates, and website analytics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Understanding of email technologies (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, soft and hard bounces, complaint rates, unsubscribe rates, postmasters, etc.).
• Understanding of email content and its impact on deliverability (subject lines, body text, graphic design, etc.).
• Familiarity with spam filter logic.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
