Email Marketing Manager in PRO Gaming Software

In connection with the opening of a new project, we are looking for —​ Email Marketing Manager, a Ukrainian colleague abroad. Responsibilities: creating segments and uploading the database; setting TK for content: text, sometimes a banner; recording bonuses and setting TK for their creation; handing over materials to contractors / in the future it is possible to compose letters, not work with contractors, monitoring the work of contractors and timely sending of mailings; recording statistics and surface analysis; giving your changes/improvements to the mailing based on the analyzed statistics. Skills: 1+ year of experience in a similar position; Experience in creating automated e-mail flows, personalization and dynamic content , electronic campaigns, email templates, work with site analytics; Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; Experience of A/B testing; Understanding of the basics of email technologies (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, soft and hard rejection, number of complaints, number of rejections subscriptions, postmasters, etc.);Understanding email content and how it affects delivery (subject matter, text, graphic design, etc.);Understanding spam filter logic;Attention to detail;Gaming industry experience a plus.We offer:Schedule work from 10-19 remotely; Paid sick and vacation days; Cool and creative gifts for holidays and important employee events; Necessary equipment for work; The opportunity to participate in internal company events: open negotiations; Product meetups and trainings on the development of soft skills; Absence micro management, hierarchy, decision-making speed; Attending top conferences around the world.
