Email Marketing Manager in PRO Gaming Software

We are a British iGaming company that was founded three years ago by a group of dedicated professionals, and today we have 700+ people!In connection with the announcements of the new project, we are searching for the Email Marketing Manager, a Ukrainian colleague behind the border.What you will to do:creation of segments and unloading of the base;statement of technical specifications for content: text, banner information;recording bonuses and setting technical specifications on their creation;transfer of materials to contractors / in the future it is possible to layout sheets, rather than work with contractors, control the work of contractors and timely dispatch of distribution;recording statistics and surface analysis;submit your changes/reduction before delivery based on analyzed statistics.Requirements:1+ year of experience on a similar planting;Experience in development of automated email flows, experience in personalization and dynamic content, email campaigns, email templates, website analytics;Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS;Experience in A/B testing;Understanding the basics of electronic mail technologies (DKIM, SPF, DMARC, soft and hard opt-out, number of complaints, number of unsubscribes, postmasters, etc);Information instead of email and delivery (working with theme, text, graphic design, etc.);Intricate logic of spam filters;Respect down to the details;Proof of working in the gambling industry would be a plus.We pronounce:Full remote;Paid vacation and medical care days;Nice and creative gifts for holidays and important employee events;Equipment for work;The ability to take part in the company’s internal approaches: open negotiations;Products and trainings for the development of soft skills;Involvement of micro-management, hierarchy, flexibility of praise solutions;Visiting top conferences around the world.We are looking forward to receiving your CV!
