Email Marketing Manager in Universe Group

We are looking for an ambitious Email Marketing Manager to strengthen the marketing team Universe Group - FORMA and will work on the web product PDFGuru in the document processing and conversion niche.

Our product is only 1 year old , but the team managed to achieve extraordinary results! Namely:

• Our flagship product PDF Guru is used by more than 2 million users every month.
• PDF Guru has more than 30 tools for efficient work with documents.< /li>
• Users from over 30 countries around the world choose PDF Guru for their needs.

The Email Marketing Manager role is critical to our team. You will become a pioneer in this direction, responsible for the development and implementation of communication strategies with our audience through emails.

In our service business, email plays a key role in communicating with customers, so the effectiveness of this channel is vital to achieving financial goals and successfully implementing product strategies. We also believe that it is through letters that we will be able to influence key product metrics and improve it.

Your future tasks:

• Creation, management and optimization of automated email campaigns to increase revenue and customer engagement.
• Monitoring of email marketing channel performance indicators. Formulating hypotheses to improve these metrics.
• Conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to optimize key metrics
• Following industry trends and monitoring competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Tracking email delivery, domain reputation and building a successful reputation on different ESPs (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail).

What you need to join us:

• Understanding digital marketing and email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CCPA requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, IP/domain reputation.
• Good analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making to continuously improve campaign performance
• Experience in A/B testing.
• Upper-intermediate English language skills and copywriting skills to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
• Basic knowledge of letter layout, design and composition.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop out-of-the-box solutions for campaign success.
• Attention to detail and a systematic approach to work

Would be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to create and edit email templates and notifications.
• Understanding Tableau and Customer.io.
