We are currently looking for an Email Marketing Manager to develop marketing processes and increase the level of interaction with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Development and development of retention & lifecycle strategy.
- Content calendar: promotional / seasonal / product drops / newsletters.
- Coordination with marketing, performance team and design.
- Building and optimization of key ecommerce chains:
- Welcome / onboarding
- Abandoned cart / browse abandonment
- Post-purchase / cross-sell / upsell
- Winback / reactivation
- Transactional (order, shipping, receipts) through SendGrid
- Behavioral segments: RFM / purchase history / engagement / AOV / category affinity.
- Dynamic content, personalized offers, product recommendations.
- Market deliverability control US/Canada/UK/EU.
send-time, frequency.- OR / CTR / CTOR / CR / revenue per email optimization.
- KPI: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue per Subscriber, Bounce/Spam Rate, Unsubscribe Rate.
- Conclusions and optimization roadmap.
700">English B2+/C1 (copywriting, US/UK markets).
Confident work with Mailchimp: campaigns, segments, automations, journeys, A/B tests.Practical experience with SendGrid: transactional emails, templates, categories, basic deliverability.Understanding customer lifecycle and buyer journey.Experience in running abandoned cart / post-purchase / winback flow.Orientation on LTV / retention / repeat purchase rate.Basic HTML/CSS (email templates).Understanding UTM, attribution, store/CRM integrations.Will be a plus:
- Working with GA4.
- Multi-channel experience: email + SMS + push.
