Email Marketing Department at Netpeak Agency is actively growing, and to support this dynamic, we are expanding production.

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join the team, who will be able to independently manage projects, starting from strategy development to analysis effectiveness and formation of new hypotheses regarding development.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience of 2 years in the field of Email Marketing.
• Understanding of key processes in Email Marketing: strategy building, systematic collection of contacts, layout of various types of communications in the newsletter service designer, creating and configuring trigger scenarios, creating a content plan for newsletters.
• Ability to work with Google Analytics 4, extract insights from the data and results, draw conclusions and plan future steps.
• Competent written language.
• Basic skills of working with Photoshop and Figma (to transfer the design to a completed letter).
• Experience of working with eSputnik mailing service.
• Knowledge of the English language at a conversational level.
  

 What will need to be done:

1. Development of the project's email&retention strategy.
2. Generation ideas for effective newsletter content (a newsletter with a copywriter and a designer in a team).
3. Setting tasks for a designer, copywriter and programmer.
4. Conducting Viber, Email, Web, Mobile Push newsletters.
5. Email newsletter effectiveness analytics.
6. Work on KPI (ROMI) growth.
7. Creation of trigger scenarios, their optimization.
8. Scoring, user segmentation.
9. A/B testing.
