Email marketing manager in EvoPlay

We are currently expanding our team and are in looking for an experienced Email marketing manager.

Experience required:

• experience with full-cycle CRM systems;
• knowledge of the English language - no lower than the upper-intermediate (B2) level;
• experience in working with tools for mass mailings, multi-channel communications;
• knowledge of the main metrics of retention and email marketing ;
• understanding of strategies and principles of communication with an English-speaking audience via email and messengers;
• time management, responsibility, adaptability.

Duties:

• maintenance and production of regular mailings through communication channels: email, Telegram, Viber, SMS, Facebook, web-push, in-app push (it is not necessary to have experience with all of the above);< /li>
• automation of campaigns, creation and configuration of chains in the CRM system;
• conducting A/B testing and further analysis of results;
• development of bonus mechanisms, loyalty programs and the content of the plan;
• setting detailed TORs to the content and design teams for the formation of promotional messages.
