- Management of the full cycle of email marketing: From generating ideas and writing technical specifications to analyzing results. This includes:
- Trigger mailings: Creation of automatic email series (welcome, reactivation, holiday) based on customer behavior.
- Promo mailings: Launch campaigns with promotions and special offers for different audience segments.
- Working with the client base: Increasing the email address base, segmenting it, monitoring activity and developing personalized communications.
- Efficiency analysis: A/B testing of letter topics, content, calls to action (CTA), time of sending. Analysis of key metrics (opens, clicks, conversion) and the impact of the email channel on business indicators.
