Hello! We are Ebrand.ua. We import and sell professional products for detailing, auto chemicals, accessories and tools. We have 3 online stores and more than 10 pages in social networks. The automotive market is stable, and the topic of detailing is at the peak of popularity.

We need a Email Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist to help us streamline our communications with the base. We have a powerful tool - eSputnik, but we understand that we use only 10-20% of its potential. We are looking for a person who will change this.

What will you do:

1. Resuscitation and system work with Email: Audit of the current state in eSputnik. Setting up regular promotional mailings and, most importantly, automatic trigger chains (abandoned carts, abandoned views, welcome-series, reactivation, greetings from DN).
2. Design and Creative: Creating banners for letters and sometimes for the site/social networks (you must be able to do it yourself, quickly and aesthetically).
3. Growth strategy: Analysis of our stores and pages. You are our "fresh eye". We are waiting for your suggestions: "Let's do this promotion, it will raise the check" or "It is inconvenient here on the site, let's change the subscription form".
4. Analytics: Tracking the effectiveness of mailings and the impact on sales.

What is important to us:

• Experience with eSputnik (or similar systems) is a must. You should have an understanding of scripting, segmentation and RFM analysis.
• Design skill: Proficiency in Figma, Canva or Photoshop. We don't need pictures for a gallery, we need sales banners.
• Commercial thinking: You understand that the purpose of the newsletter is not just "to be beautiful", but to sell.
• Interest in auto-themes will be a big plus (it will be easier for you to understand the pain points of our client).
