We are looking for you if you have:

• E-commerce experience projects over 3 years old.
• Understanding of basic metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion).
• Knowledge of mailing service principles.
• Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas), basic HTML/CSS.
• Work experience with ESP (eSputnik, UniSender, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Ability to create promotional campaigns: development of letters, segmentation, analysis of results. 
• Skills of segmentation and analytics.
• Creativity, flexibility, proactivity. 
• Quality communication (oral and written). 
• Experience of working with large customer bases (100K+).

Work tools:

• Platforms: eSputnik, Infobip.
• Communication channels: Email, Push, App Inbox, Viber/SMS.
• Analytics: GA4, Tableau.
• Organization tools: Jira, corporate mail.

Tasks are waiting for you:

• Development and implementation of an e-mail strategy at all stages of the Customer Journey (attraction, activation, retention of customers).
• Building and management of communication chains (email, push, app inbox, Viber/SMS).
• Setting up collection tools customer base and push messages.
• Segmentation of the user base and creationimplementation of targeted campaigns.
• Development and launch of mass and trigger campaigns (promotion, reactivation, partners).
• A/B testing of content, segments, communication channels.
• Campaign analytics: measurement of results, optimization by metrics (OR, CTR, CR, ROI) 400">Development and testing of hypotheses to increase efficiency.
• Use of communication platforms according to partner plans.
• Optimization of channel efficiency and return.
