For the faster development of our company, we need an Email marketer (Retention, Direct) at the Middle level. KEY DUTIES: Preparation of mailings, setting up scenarios and integration with client systems. Common drawing up a retention-marketing strategy with clients of the platform. Project management according to the work plan, meeting deadlines, communicating with the client. Active participation in improving the eSputnik service. Participation in company activities to increase expertise in the field of repeat sales and retention-marketing. Preparation of cases and articles for publication in the blog or support section. Analysis and preparation of reports on the results of the work performed, presentation to customers and discussions with the team. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Interest in trends and technologies of Internet marketing in general and retention marketing in particular. Understanding of the principles of retention marketing (segmentation, preparation of user triggers, construction of behavioral models) and its use. Skills for working with texts: writing articles, newsletters on various topics. Skills for working with GA: the ability to analyze results and draw conclusions. Initiative to find the best solutions, self-organization. Experience in remote work. WILL A PLUS: Experience working with mailing services. Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level or higher. Basic knowledge of layout and design (HTML, CSS, Photoshop, etc.). Experience working in an agency.
