TOUS announces a competition for the vacancy "Email - marketer (assistant marketer)" Our ideal candidate: Experience of working as an email marketer from 1 year; Analytical abilities; Creative, attentive, multitasking; Understanding of the effectiveness of email — marketingWould be an advantage: Skills of independent editing of visual content would be a big plus (creating visuals, for letters): adobe illustrator adobe photoshop, canva (or other programs for creating visuals); Experience in segmenting bases and composing chain letters; Ability to work with specialized tools (eSputnik , GMS, Short.io, Google Analytics or similar); Desire to develop knowledge and skills in direct communications: email, messengers, push-messages. Functional duties: Preparation of email, push-messages, viber/sms mailings according to by plan; Development and implementation of a channel development strategy and communication map Development and implementation of a strategy to increase the user base Assignment of tasks to designers and interaction with other departments to prepare communications; Creation and testing of communications, segmentation and configuration of chains in the system for sending; Sending communications, collecting statistics, analyzing performance; Monitoring competitor activity, market analysis, use of original and effective mechanics; A/B testing and further analysis of results, search for ways to improve CR and Open Rate; Optimizing work in order to increase key performance indicators; Studying trends, generating ideas, conducting experiments in direct marketingWorking with documentation and assisting the chief marketerPreparing presentations and reportingWhat we offer the employee: Work with the world brand TOUS; Interesting tasks and development; Convenient office almost in the center of the city (Lukyanivska metro); Official employment according to the Labor Code from the first working day.
