We are looking for aspecialist with a creative and analytical approach who will help build a high-quality communication strategy aimed at increasing customer loyalty , consumer reactivation and development of non-standard bonus mechanics and promotional offers

Key tasks:

• implementation of the overall brand strategy in different GEOs;
• planning, launch and analysis of customer retention, reactivation and cross-sale communication campaigns;
• target segmentation and analysis;
• work with trigger mailings;
• creation, optimization and development of communication channels (Email/SMS/Push/Personal message );
• setting tasks for the design and content team;

Experience and skills:

• experience of working in a similar position;
• experience of working with e-mail distribution platforms ( eSputnik, SendPulse, HubSport or others);
• knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level;

• knowledge of the following metrics: LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ROMI and ROI, GGR and NGR;

• understanding the impact on communications metrics: Open Rate, Click Rate, CTOR, Delivery Rate, Spam Complaint Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, Domain Reputation;
• programming fundamentals (HTML, CSS) and layout;
