Candidate requirements: experience of working with CRM systems from 2 years; knowledge of the basics of HTML layout, skills in working with SDP platforms (MailChimp, eSputnik, GetResponse, UniSender , Klaviyo); Implementation of "from scratch" e-mail marketing in e-commerce; Conducting A/B testing of setting up scenarios of trigger and transactional letters, development of a content plan; Writing texts, technical specifications for the designer; Confident command of Excel. Functional duties: Automation of all settings communication channels (viber, email, sms, push, web, messengers and others) through 1 StaSDP eSputnik platform; Development of newsletter content. Writing, proofreading, ensuring the accuracy of content and URLs of newsletters; Organization of newsletters, setting up funnels for different segments of Customers. Testing of hypotheses, A/B testing; Preparation of domains for lead generation, reputation control; Analysis of the effectiveness of mailings/communication channels according to established metrics. Comparison of mailings via eSputnik and GMS. Working with Google Analytics; Analysis of mailing costs, search for the optimal channel/funnel; Control, support, resolution of possible technical problems with configured triggers; Effective interaction with various departments of the Company (marketing, sales, UTZ, programmers, etc.) to improve mailings; Monitoring of budget compliance newsletters; Processing of PPE from Clients during newsletters.
