"E" BOOKSTORE is a large all-Ukrainian chain of bookstores, which was one of the first to start promoting Ukrainian books and has successfully maintained this position for over 16 years. Now we continue to actively develop and expand, so we are looking for an experienced email marketer to join our team, who will build an effective system communication with existing customers, their retention and increase in sales (including improvement of LTV). What will be your responsibilities? development of communication strategies in the short and long term; development of a plan for email newsletters, layout and sending of letters; launch of trigger newsletters and their optimization ; creation and sending of web-push, viber, SMS messages; work with the client base and its segmentation; development, configuration and launch of activities aimed at increasing the number of subscribers; conducting A/B tests; participation in the development of offers, promotional offers, CRO; conducting analysis and generating reports. Our expectations from the candidate(s): work experience of 2 years in a similar position; high level of practical knowledge in using eSputnik (or Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Sendpulse, etc.) and TurboSMS services (or similar), Stripo; knowledge of HTML, CSS will be an advantage; skills in drawing up a mailing list map; ability to segment the audience and use specialized services; competent Ukrainian written language; experience in writing advertising texts.
