Due to active development, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Email marketer. Our wishes for the candidate: experience in managing e -mail newsletters (e-commerce will be a plus) or a similar field from 2 years; understanding of the principles of retention marketing: segmentation, studying user triggers, building behavioral models and their use; understanding of layout in modern designers, the ability to adapt letters to different gadgets (basic HTML/CSS); basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, etc.); understanding of email marketing effectiveness criteria; understanding of the principles of copywriting for various channels and writing "selling" texts; excellent command of the Ukrainian language; knowledge of Excel; availability of a portfolio (mailing layouts, statistics) — will be an advantage. Responsibilities: development of a multi-channel promotion strategy (EMail, SMS, messengers and web-push messages); development of the design of mailing templates; conducting information campaigns (email, promotional mailings, personalized promotions, mailings by segments, triggers letters); analysis of key metrics, optimization and testing of messages; audience segmentation, preparation of personalized chains of letters for different segments; creation of technical specifications for designers and developers.
