Main responsibilities:
- and management of email marketing and Telegram chat-bot.
- Development of multichannel promotion strategy (Email, SMS, Telegram).
- Audience segmentation and creation of personalized letter chains.
- Setting up automation of email and chat-bot campaigns.
- Writing technical specifications for designers, copywriters and developers, performance control.
- Testing layout of letters on different devices.
- Reporting, analysis of key metrics, optimization of campaigns.
- Conducting A/B tests to determine the most effective approaches.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in email marketing from 1 year.
- Skills in working with email services and automation.
- Understanding responsive design and the technical side of email campaigns.
- Multitasking, responsibility.
- The ability to be your own manager and to plan not only your tasks, but also the time to complete them.
- Understanding marketing basics and user behavior patterns.
Will be a cool bonus:
- Experience with platforms: SendPulse, Figma, Slack, Jira.
- Experience with Telegram chat-bot.
- Knowledge of segmentation and analytics tools.
- Experience in online education or technology.
