Our partner is an international holding that successfully operates in foreign markets (represented in 50+ countries of the world) and provides comprehensive marketing services for international brands. Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for an Email Marketing & Retention Manager (CRM) to help create and implement effective automated communications, increase customer loyalty and work with large bases in different GEOs.
Your main tasks
Planning, launching and analyzing email, SMS, push and in-app campaigns for retention, reactivation and cross-sale of customers.
Development, optimization and development of automated trigger chains (welcome series, reactivation, post-purchase, etc.).
Deep segmentation of the base and creation of personalized offers.
Conducting A/B testing of content, topics, delivery time and bonuses mechanic.
Collaboration with designers, copywriters and marketers to create highly effective creatives.
Analysis of key metrics (open rate, CTR, CR, LTV) and implementation of improvements.
Building and improving the customer journey.
What we are we expect
From 1 year of experience in email marketing / CRM / retention.
Experience with ESP (eSputnik, SendPulse, HubSpot, Customer.io or others).
Understanding of RFM analysis, segmentation and personalization of communications.
Testing and optimization skills campaigns.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing templates will be an advantage.
Creative and analytical thinking, flexibility to change.
