Email Marketer in Union Group

In connection with active development, the Union Group of Companies invites candidates to participate in the competition for the position Email marketer.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working with CRM systems from 2 years;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Knowledge of the basics of HTML layout, skills in working with SDP platforms (MailChimp, eSputnik, GetResponse, UniSender, Klaviyo);
• Implementation of « from scratch" e-mail marketing in e-commerce;
• Conducting A/B testing, setting up scenarios of trigger and transaction letters, developing a content plan;
• Writing texts, TK for a designer;
• Proficient in Excel.

Functional duties:

• Automation and configuration of all channels of communication with funnels (viber, email, sms, push, web, messengers and others) through 1 C and SDP platform e Sputnik ;
• Development of newsletter content. Writing, proofreading, ensuring accuracy of newsletter content and URLs;
• Organization of mailings, setting up funnels for different customer segments, hypothesis testing, A/B testing;
• Preparation of domains for lead generation, reputation control;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of mailings/communication channels according to established metrics. Comparison of mailings via e-Sputnik and GMS. Work with Google Analytics; for mailings, finding the optimal channel/funnels;
• Control, support, solving possible technical problems in configured triggers;
• Effective interaction with various departments of the Company (marketing, sales, UTZ, programmers, etc.) to improve mailings;
• Control of compliance with the mailing budget;
• Processing of customer requests for mailings.
