Responsibilities:

• Composing a mailing plan and writing effective letters to attract and retain customers.

• Optimization of work with the client base: warming up customers, implementation of email chains, development of sales funnels.

• Determining the principles of client base segmentation to improve communications efficiency.

• Analysis of statistics on letters and messengers, monitoring of key metrics to optimize marketing strategy.

• Searching for opportunities for growth, generating hypotheses, conducting A/B tests, introducing new tools and communication formats.

Requirements:

• Experience of working with the customer base and its monetization for at least 2 years.

• Confident mastery of services for email newsletters and chatbots (Mailchimp, SendPulse, Chatfuel, etc.).

• Skills of effective communication with the audience, the ability to speak the language of values.

• Equal confidence in working with content, numbers and technical services.

• Work experience in companies where email marketing brings a significant share of sales.
