Hi My name is Roma, I am the co-founder of Shopify marketing agency UM. We help e-commerce brands scale through performance and retention marketing.
Now we are actively developing the direction of email marketing. There are more projects, and we need to strengthen our Team with an email designer who will help keep the quality and pace.

About the role
This is the position of an email designer who works not "individually", but as part of an email team.
At the start you:
- work with ready-made concepts for existing clients
- design email for e-commerce brands
- enter processes and standards
Next:
- independently you create design concepts for existing clients
- over time you also work with new projects
- you interact with email specialists and the team leader
The volume of work is approximately 60-70 emails per month. Speed, quality and the minimum number of edits are important to us.
Who we are looking for
This is the role for you if:
- you have real experience in email design
- you understand the specifics email marketing, and not just do it "beautifully"
- work quickly and responsibly
- accept feedback normally and do not repeat the samethe same mistakes
- you know how to think about the end user and the business result
- you use AI as a tool to speed up work
- you are comfortable working in a team, not "on your own"
We are definitely not on the path if:
- you are a general designer without experience in email
- you work slowly and do not warn about deadlines
- you do not take responsibility for the result
- you do not like feedback
- you have a parallel freelancer
- you just come to "do tasks", without involvement
