We are regular participants of international conferences, our brands enjoy respect and popularity among customers.In connection with the expansion of the department, we invite a Email Deliverability Specialist to join the team.Key Responsibilities:Email Warm-Up Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive email warm-up strategy for new IP addresses and domains to establish a positive sender reputation.Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor email sending patterns, engagement rates, and deliverability metrics to adjust warm-up strategies as needed.IP Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of IP addresses, ensuring proper allocation and utilization for different email campaigns.Authentication: Implement and oversee email authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, to enhance email deliverability and security.Email List Segmentation: Collaborate with the marketing team to segment email lists effectively, ensuring that emails are sent to engaged and relevant recipients during the warm-up process.Feedback Loop Management: Set up and manage feedback loops with ISPs to receive and act upon spam complaints promptly.Bounce Handling: Monitor and manage bounce rates, categorizing and addressing hard and soft bounces effectively.Content Review: Review email content for compliance with best practices and anti-spam regulations during the warm-up phase.Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and other deliverability tests to identify issues and optimize email deliverability.Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of warm-up processes and results.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in email marketing with a focus on email warm-up and deliverability.Technical Skills:Proficiency in email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.Knowledge:In-depth knowledge of ISP policies, email deliverability best practices, and anti-spam laws and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve deliverability during the warm-up process.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address deliverability issues during the warm-up phase.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure warm-up processes are executed accurately and compliantly.Certifications: Any relevant certifications in email deliverability or email marketing are a plus.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in email marketing technology and industry trends.Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.We are happy to offer you:— Competitive salary and remote cooperation;— Paid holidays and sick leave;— Necessary and creative birthday gifts;— Equipment for work if necessary;— Ability to test own hypotheses and ideas, influence processes;— Minimal bureaucracy, lack of micro-management, quick decision-making;— Payment of all effective resources and tools for work;— Career and professional growth within the companyIf you are ready to show results and rapidly develop in the field of i-Gaming, then send your resume!
