We are looking for a talented and experienced Email Campaign Specialist, who will be responsible for promoting and developing our brand and ensuring that our clients and candidates always stay in touch with us and know about company news.

The responsibilities of an Email Marketing Manager (email marketing specialist) include conducting end-to-end email marketing campaigns, managing email databases and creating newsletters.

• Configure the mailing process from 0 for ABM campaigns;
• Send emails to attract leads;
• Be engaged in sending emails to the company's internal specialists;
• Create and run effective email strategies, tests;
• Form attractive and lead-generating letters (topic, template, idea for content, design);
• Segment databases to target key accounts;
• Interact with the Business Growth Department to coordinate ABM campaigns;
• Analyze email mailings, work out weaknesses.

Requirements

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of email marketing, preferably in the context of ABM;
• Fluent in written and spoken English (B2+);
• You think creatively and have project management skills;
• You have practical experience with email marketing platforms;
• You have email marketing automation technology;
• You understand Google Analytics and other analytical tools;
• You have excellent written business correspondence and copywriting skills.

Will be a plus:

• Quick analytical thinking and the ability to meet deadlines;
• Experience working with a cold database.
