Requirements: Higher education. Experience in similar positions from 5 years. In-depth practical experience of budgeting processes, ensuring financial and economic and production and economic activity of the elevator. Management of business processes for storage, processing and shipment of agricultural products, effective use of equipment, organization of transport and warehouse logistics. Analytical thinking , systematic approach, attention to details, high efficiency. Responsibilities: Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the elevator (60 thousand tons of one-time storage, 8 cans of 7.5 thousand tons). Organization and control of the performance of tasks during procurement, processing, shipment of grain crops. Storage of exclusively own grain and oil crops (wheat, sunflower, soy, corn). Planning and control of repair work and modernization of equipment. Management of elevator personnel (50-55 people).
